Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pipe
PVC-U series pipes are made of sanitary polyvinyl chloride resin as the main raw material, added with appropriate amount of stabilizers, lubricants, fillers, colorants, etc., and are extruded by a plastic extruder. Through cooling, solidification, shaping, inspection, packaging and other processes to complete the production of pipes and fittings. This product has excellent chemical resistance and insulation, product size stability, material dense room, uniform wall thickness, pressure resistance, flame retardant, high strength, smooth pipe wall, low friction resistance, no scaling, efficient transportation, no two Sub-pollution, compliance with sanitary requirements, convenient construction and operation, and other superior performance, in line with the guidelines for the development of chemical building materials by the Ministry of Construction and the State Economic and Trade Commission.
Advantage：
(1) Low cost, excellent acid and alkali resistance, good chemical properties; good tensile and compressive strength;
(2) PVC is a kind of antistatic material. It can't conduct electricity, and is not subject to electrolysis, and is not corroded by electric current. It also has good flame retardant properties and is a double-resistant pipe; it can be used for underground coal mine drainage and water supply, gas drainage and For exhaust;
(3) PVC has low resistance and high flow rate; its roughness coefficient is only 0.009, and its water delivery capacity is 20% higher than that of cast iron pipes of the same pipe diameter, and 40% higher than that of concrete pipes. The inner wall is smooth and fluidity loss is small, so Dirt is not easy to adhere to the smooth pipe wall;
(4) PVC has anti-aging and anti-cracking properties;
(5) PVC has corrosion resistance, is not easy to scale, is not affected by damp water and soil pH, does not require any anti-treatment when laying pipes, and the overall economic benefit is about 5-8 times that of steel pipes;
(6) Good watertightness: The installation of PVC-U pipes, regardless of whether they are connected by bonding or rubber ring, have good watertightness;
(7) Anti-bite: PVC-U tube is not a source of nutrition, so it will not be corroded by rodents. According to a test conducted by the US National Sanitation Foundation in Michigan, rats will not bite PVC-U pipes;
(8) Lightweight and easy to install: the specific gravity of the pipeline is about 1/6 of that of steel pipe and 1/3 of that of glass steel pipe. Flanged connection is used for underground construction.
(9) The specific gravity of PVC material is 1/10 of that of iron, which is relatively simple in transportation and installation;
(10) Simple construction: the joint construction of PVC pipe is quick and easy, so the construction cost is low
(11) PVC pipes can be used for underground coal mine pipeline laying such as gas drainage, positive pressure ventilation, negative pressure ventilation, water supply and drainage, and shotcrete.
