Fully-automatic Backwash Laminated Filter
The core technology is to adopt the principle of plate filtration, which combines surface filtration with depth filtration by pressing plastic plates with grooves on the surface. Through the filtration device, the automatic switching of filtration backwashing and the process of repeated circulation are realized.
The plates are tightly compacted and stacked together in the unit, and the grooves in the middle of the upper and lower plates act as the filter and the interceptor. When filtering, the sewage enters from the outside, and the groove edge on the adjacent filter plate forms a rim to intercept the solid matter in the water. When a large number of impurities are accumulated in the grooves between the plates, by changing the direction of inlet and outlet water flow, the filter device automatically opens the compressed plates and jets pressure water to drive the disc to rotate at high speed. The plates are cleaned by pressure water and the centrifugal force of rotation. Then the inlet and outlet flow directions are changed to retore the initial filtration state.
